Coolrista is responsible to deliver excellent customer service by providing fast, genuinely friendly customer service and ensuring quality of Coolblog drinks meet customer expectations.

They also help maintain efficiency in store cleanliness. Commitment to teamwork, clean, professional appearance, enthusiasm and high energy level are necessary to be maintained throughout the shift.

Outlet Supervisor

Outlet Supervisor is responsible to deliver excellent customer service by providing fast, genuinely friendly customer service and ensuring quality of Coolblog drinks meet customer expectations.

They also help maintain daily store operations and staffing. Commitment to teamwork, clean, professional appearance, enthusiasm and high energy level are necessary to be maintained throughout the shift.

Area Supervisor

Area Supervisor is responsible to ensure all the store under their supervision to deliver excellent customer service by providing fast, genuinely friendly customer service and ensuring quality of Coolblog drinks meet customer expectations.

They also help maintain Commitment to teamwork, clean, professional appearance and enthusiasm.
